Apply essential employability skills needed to be successful in post-secondary education and in a career.
Create a pathway for pursuing academic, personal, and career related goals.
Determine interests, skills, and values to influence academic, career, and social decisions.
Develop capacity for intercultural understanding, empathy, and mutual respect.
Employ innovative practices to solve problems, overcome challenges, and adapt to change.
